Peter may think that you are not grateful enough for what he has given you. He may feel like you should be honoured to have a share of his neuromorphic Brainchip. He also may think that people that whine and complain shouldn't have anything to do with his work and wish that unhappy people sell their shares and move on. Let people that are grateful to be a part of his Brainchip company buy your shares and be done with the whining and complaining going on whilst they build the company up.
Maybe that is how Peter feels.
