Some anonymous person or bot is ‘formally issuing’ some supposedly legalish jargony ‘request’ to another anonymous person/bot. In the theory that the first bots/persons anonymous ‘name/avatar’ can be defamed.
Sounds sort of - childish.
I suppose if some nasty focker told me I had breath like a ferret, I might get all huffy.
Or like actually happened, an esr poster said I was dog sh!t and he knew my name was Milton and I lived with a guy named Big John in a bush with two adopted children.
Whatever the hell all that meant. Even AI gave up trying to decipher it.
