@MrPockets90 &@Greenplanet Comet Resources and the ties with IG6 are a bit of a mess. I have only held IG6 since April 2023 so missed the original stuff with Comet Resources (CRL) so I apologise if there is anything I miss.
IG6 was spun out of CRL via an IPO with IG6 getting CRL's graphite exploration licences in Western Australia with consideration being CRL getting shares in IG6.
CRL have sold a portion of their IG6 shares along with being provided a two year loan from IG6 to keep themselves afloat. As part of the approval for the loan and share sale IG6 got to appoint a director to CRL's board. At or before IG6's IPO CRL director Matthew O'Kane was appointed to IG6's board as a non-executive director.
My guess on the loan to CRL is that either they will sell more IG6 shares to repay the loan or IG6 will get shares in CRL in lieu of cash repayment.
