Ann: Trading Halt, page-16

It was not possible for private investors to participate in this placement.

The last time I saw this was some weeks ago with Aurum (AUE) where I (shareholder) was pissed off that they do another placement when I saw the trading halt.
It turned out that it was approximately the market price of around 36c and they got very big names as 9.9% shareholders, e.g. the Chinese company that took over Tietto (the previous project of the Aurum management).
Within some days the Aurum share price made a big jump to 53c!

Let's hope that they found a strategic investor as well, not too many new shares get issued at the current price level and we will see 6c next week!
