on second thought PEN may be stuffed. they have serious committments in later years and significant downgrades in production will surely stuff them.

Their saving grace is Kendrick and all the pounds in the ground. USA is also a land of litigation, they should sue Samuel EPC but I guess they can't afford the extended legal fees
Production downgrades may not be as terrible in which case the worst case scenario won't eventuate
