Last year the RMS Final dividend went Ex-div on 13/9/24.
If the Scheme is approved, the Scheme Record Date is 24/7/25.
So if the Scheme is approved, then SPR shareholders will receive RMS shares which will be entitled to the RMS Final dividend (as long as RMS goes Ex-div around mid-September).
