There's no way $7 will be offered if they came up with that number in NPV. NPV is the sum of discounted cash flows; essentially, if everything went perfectly according to the variables they put in.
E.g. at a DFS 60% of NPV is a common valuation higher on FID but not NPV. they can make me any decent offer and in any ensuing auction, I'll be happy with the price that eventuates. First, I want the shorers to have their short and curlies burned (ironed straight?).
