First of all, I have to say that I find a thread titled "Shame on the Board" to be harsh and extremely inappropriate.

When people get upset about the salary increasing to $400,000 (still relatively low) and the option package, I can only shake my head.

I know that Grant and the team are worth every single cent of it. As far as I'm concerned, he can pay himself $800,000 and issue options for three cents, as long as development remains positive, as it has been for the past three years, and he really leads us to the mine opening in two years and initiates further projects. Those who work hard and long should be paid accordingly. Personally, I think everyone at Tivan is still underpaid for everything that has already been achieved.
