    rba needs to signal they are serious about cuts, if they gonna keep doing these tiny 0.25% cuts and say we are not sure if there will be anymore cuts in the pipeline, then ppl will all just keep the saving instead of start spending the money. 3 years of interest rise have drilled into everyone that money is gonna be tight so best to save for a rainy day.
