Correction: the only shares the directors seemed to have owned were performance shares, voted for free, to them at AGM's. I don't recall that it was ever stated by the company that directors participated in capital raises .
The ASX needs to look at the veracity of companies' claim that they had 18 million dollars available in funding, whilst defaulting 3 times on payment, for the ladies' leases, owed to Revidium.
