You don't have to post like your hero MyLP. You don't need capitals and please point out any of my post where I am being "hysterical".

Plenty of examples of companies raising at a premium. We've waited 4 months with the expectation of a cornerstone investor and now we are getting a standard capital raise to sophs who likely will dump on market for an easy profit. Of course shareholders don't get the discount and free oppies.

Overall getting the raise done is a positive as we hopefully can now start production. However, my concern is that $10m seems a relatively small amount given the time we've waited. Hopefully this doesn't mean that more money needs to be raised at a later stage or through other avenues.
