I think he is referring to the lithium being an Australian asset. Although a mining licence is issued, the actual product is owned by the people and is being diminished without benefit to the ‘owners’.
A complex argument but has merit.
Why should Australian assets be sold to only profit a foreign entity. ? IMO they should not.
