The only way the SP will move is Finance and Permits being announced
This last announcement did nothing to the SP, even Gold and its sudden burst has done nothing
Institutions are still driving this train
The last announcement was a waste of an asset which could of been used later for more Bang for buck.
I hope they don't release anything else until Finance and Permits are ready
