Your question implies the plant is finished, wholly incorrect as well - there's a big difference between "did" and "will".
If you'd bother to do any research whatsoever or genuinely follow rare earth companies you would know (or discover in short order) that Ucore's plant is a brownfield facility (in a foreign trade zone exempt from tariffs by the way) that's being retrofitted for REE separation (LSMC) and their ground breaking ceremony occured back in May (and uses government grants).
Listen, there's hope for you yet, don't be disheartened. You don't hold the stock. Great work - this is likely the most intelligent decision you've made. So well done for recognising there's more work for you to do - REE stocks require plenty of homework trust me. I've previously suggested to you to go away and research them, perhaps three to six months of familiarisation is a good baseline. Happy to answer questions once you've demonstrated at least an attempt on your own.
Oh, and another thing. Please refrain from pasting AI drivel here. It's often wrong and those nvidia GPUs often have hallucinations. Warning: it will not help you very much beyond first order REE knowledge either.
