Let’s be clear: Havieron itself is a dry mine. The only water-bearing layer is only the cover, which includes two unconfined aquifers and one contained aquifer. However, having already passed through two of these aquifers without issue, I don't see this as a problem—especially when considering the scale of the opportunity and the prize with the third.
Let the facts speak: Greatland is currently sitting on a 10.5 million ounce resource and generating approximately $250 million in free cash flow per quarter. It is outperforming the entire Australian gold sector. So, to those spreading doom and gloom —what planet are you from?
Once again, I was simply offering a counterpoint to what genuinely appears to me to be manipulative or at best misinformed narratives regarding a impending Greatland buy out of Antipa nothing more or less.
Whether those claims are deliberate misinformation or just careless and reckless remains to be seen. That’s for you to decide.
