@borg81. great analysis.. but I have to differ on your last point. I think the T/o offer is opportunistic because of the exceptionally low price of JLG predominantly caused by management not keeping us adequately informed and up to date about BAU. SH can tolerate many hiccups in the business cycle and the development of a Company, but one thing upsets them….. silence ! And that’s one thing we have had in spades from JLG recently. There seems to be more news about Didier’s purchase of the BB Hotel, than there is about the very company that presumably made him the money to be able to do that ! Like you, I hope the (order) books are in good order and that JLG gets to be a price maker, rather than a price taker. Fingers crossed, because SP price wise, we have a lot to make up !
