1. ones that want the cash as O and G lending is increasingly difficult , and like the assets in the current form
2 those interested in the oil assets and associated carry and losses . This group more likely to big ex return where a 100% premium is only 120m and 150% pays for carry and 15m for all the oil assets.
now holding 2.4 m shares - target 3 m -3.5 m
