I sense that we have achieved the 20nm objective and more time is required to ascertain the final results on important metrics like Retention and Endurance.
I sense that Infineon will be the acquirer. If we want a higher acquisition price, we need more time for further tuning and cosmetic work. Though, the longer we drag on the higher the risk!
