I think they have played this horribly wrong. Why not encourage many holders to come on board and note no, there would have been a big support if a no Vote if price had not been murdered by the market makers.

I believe a large number of shareholders who were going to vote no now will vote yes despite the potential litigation issues that will possibly occur if they continue to decide to walk on a Yes outcome.

good observation, the recent major shareholder movements may be part of the new exit plan to swing to the NO vote.
