I would be astounded if the disclosure requirements under their listing could be overridden by an exclusivity agreement. The only reason for non disclosure of new contracts is if they have not been signed executed, or they are not material to the SP. Hard to imagine the CAT contracts are not material. If suspect the bidder has ears in the right places and is getting infront of the awards.
