"I am unercertain if Miss Lulu will just roll over with the large holding she has even with the quick profit she has made"
They would not have made the offer unless they had her shares wrapped up as it would not succeed. IMO it appears she has been part of this scheme from day 1.The directors would have needed funds to carry on until they had put this all together & she needed a worthwhile profit & 140% certainly is that. The added advantage was that they got more shares to control in the process.
The delay in informing the market of the progress with the sale of the Uranium is unacceptable & is material information when deciding to accept the TO offer or not. I am lodging a complaint with the ASIC about this & I suggest other SH do the same.
When you consider the (approx) $15m of uranium already processed & mined ore stockpiled Dennison are actually offering less than $0.17 / share. With all this uranium + the vanadium (highest grades in the world)at Thompsons Dennison will pay a lot more than $0.17 / share.
They will only succeed if enough apathetic shareholders sell which is what they are counting on. I believe Dennisons NEED 90% as they possibly have a conflict of interest being the milling contrctor & may have difficulty putting their directors on the board if they are only partial owners.
These sods are playing us for mugs - lets not be mugs & shaft their plans by denying them their 90%
