My guess is it could just be funding for Commercial reactor construction, installation, and testing.
Contract was awarded in march and stated timeframe for installation was this year..
Raising enough to cover the increased cash burn rate of the program for the next12 months. Lets say 6 months install and 6 months of testing at 1.5 to 2m per qrt so maybe looking for 6-8m .
hope im wrong. Its annoying when they say well funded right before a raise.
