On the subject of "dumb, brain dead analysis", where do you stand on the validity of:

1.) quoting a P/E valuation multiple for a company which has 70% of its market value backed by cash and near-cash?

2.) NTA for a professional service (i.e., "neck-up" IP) business? Do you think a business like EZL should be valued on the basis of its hard assets, i.e., office furniture and computers?
