To be honest, i will be watching their capital raising efforts intently. Taking into account that the share price failed numerous times to hold above 32cps and that it bounced off 20cps really quickly, i would hypothesise that the raising will be done at the current levels.

I think it will be in the range of 24cps to 26cps. Hopefully, they will not be diluting the shareholdings and have our substantial shareholders purchase it. If that is the case, it will actually be good news as they will not dispose of it at open...it will set a good base to build upon.
