Not a great episode but worth a listen.
German sounding gentleman was very pro China, sounded like a bit of a shill to me. Didn't acknowledge that we need to diversify away from China, instead leaned into China dominates the market and the West can't compete so why try. Just my opinion.
I took away it's a MASSIVE positive for VMM. 99% of RE projects have no chance of making the journey, which means supply will be throttled, prices will drive higher, and the cream of the crop will do very well.
