I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one frustrated with Lynas's management. I would argue that lynas isn't a good mining company and that the deposit is hiding a lot of sins and mistakes. That Lynas management are just a bunch of book keepers riding on a fattened hog. For example:
1. How long has AM been there? And in that time has there been any acquisitions made? I read every week about another exciting rare earths projects in Australia and OS, but Lynas hasn't done anything. For years they have not expanded their portfolio. Added value to our shares. Why? Because we have non-mining people from low risk backgrounds working Lynas like a sector of the public service.
2. Where's the dividends? well if we weren't in full panic mode building a plant in Kalgoorlie because someone forgot that the agreement with the Malaysian govt was going to expire (luckily it didnt), we would probably have seen some dividends.
3. They seem to lack any long term strategic planning. Could be a good discussion point at our next shareholders meeting? Acquisitions? New markets? The USA project? Whats the financial plan of Lynas going forward?

Why is the cash so low? are Lynas having over-runs at their sites with construction? Lets see some accountability?

Meanwhile Gina is busy building here portfolio of RE projects and working to a long term strategy.
Its time to change the Lynas Board and put in more experienced high profile players that will add value to the company.
