I agree Yaqona it is looking like the country is supporting and encouraging new mining investments so perhaps that relates to an increase in price however I think more importantly it translates to certainty and support from govt for any investor. Which of course translates to a much higher probability that the mine achieves the price that TS has always indicated it will.

Perhaps on top of the comments on HC of "4 groups are there looking at it now" and 'buy more CFE while they're cheap" and "wanted to get the BuyBack finished because in three months you won't be able to get them at this price" there may have been some knowledge that the govt was going to increase mining incentives.

All getting better in my view.
