Going back a while now, Shell had over 30% of Woodside. When the crunch of a TO came, it was knocked back by the FIB. In the end SHELL just sold out. With 30% holdings, it's a lot easier to have TO. Now with STO, they are starting from scratch;
I think it's difficult and unlikely. They could just settle for Dorado!
