Thanks to all who have responded - I do appreciate receiving alternative viewpoints, and even though I've been in this game for a long time, I'm still learning.
Most of my experience with mining has been in Australia, and I've had my fingers burnt a few times, including many years ago with CTO which GameOne mentioned.
