Yes I agree, it is frustrating. I'm not sure which would be worse...
Not hearing anything and getting nothing...
Or Hearing we are close and getting nothing hahah
But i don't have quite the same attitude. While I too am frustrated with the months and years going by, I am a bit more forgiving.
WHY?
Our share plummets and there seems to be very little to show for it.
Well it is because we have made progress though it is harder to see sometimes.
Yes we haven't got ONE single commercial deal to date. But does this mean we will NEVER get one?
Does this mean that when we F I N A L L Y secure one that will be all and the first will be such a terrible haircut that we won't have any hair left?
All we need to do is secure funding to get to some decent point in the Phase III...Deals will come because finally the BP will realise we are actually real, we do have a molecule that works, we have secured access to it and we can scale. All they have to do is *&%$ distribute it through their already established chains of supply into the Doctors, into the market. They want to make money, they will see how much can be made once they are satisfied there is even less risk! It is all finally about risk and return.
It'll be a no brainer for them.
They don't even have to stump up with a Billion up front, they can ease into the ...well...errr.......the Pool!
PAR, like your good self Pool_Leader, are starting with one Pool Cabana swish resort...they will find a Regional that is willing to take some initial risk and bite in...then we , not unlike your
good great self, can build multiple pools, multiple resorts and live happily ever after.
After the first deal, it will be FOMO for the rest. They will fall like the regions such as Dimerix, once they are satisfied we are well on the path.
There is real fear out there with so many failed OA candidates, each and every one has fallen over...no one wants to commit until REAL end stage...
We are claiming literally the Earth:
- Massive Pain reduction
- Function Improvement
- Incredible Structural change ALL within just 6 months
- Impressive Duration
And all of the above with the cleanest safety profile?
"Impossible. Nah let's wait and see for them to fall over" say the BP.
Let them survive through to Interim, then we will chat
These guys are saying "Forget giving PAR $250 Mil now...we will wait...if we have to pay X times that, that's fine, we will enter when they are legit".
To be honest, PAR also know this and will definitely wait for the larger deal conversations till closer and after Interim point. It makes sense to wait for that as it's not all that far away. Interim is mid next year if we start dosing in our P3 in a month or so....I can wait that long, you and I both have waited for much longer during the drought. But remember, the drought has only been financial....scientifically, data-wise, it's been pouring.
I have said it a few times, I will keep saying it here and there....we are no longer merely Pain and Function...we are STRUCTURAL.
They gotta pay big time for that, we aren't just giving this away. Yes we WILL take a small hair cut on the first one, but it won't be ridiculous. The fun will come later. I wait for the fun.
We ain't just Structural, we are multi-indication, we are literally inflammation reduction. This has very wide and broad ramifications. Anyone that partners with us are going to ride some wave.
Step 1 now is to secure funding to start.
