A contributing factor for the falling share price would be no news for 2 months.
Ever since the buyback stopped and the new chairman were appointed two months ago, there has not been an announcement.
As far as something fishy . . . was the March quarterly being released coinciding with the halt in the buy back and the appointment of Brett Smith as chairman.
I suspect this was not a coincidence, but deliberately planned to give Peter Kerr the maximum time (3 months) of not saying a word until the June quarterly report is due out next month.
