Seeing as how a Director has bought does that mean the expected contract/contracts announcement this month will not happen? I don't know what the blackout period is for employees buying shares prior to the release of price sensitive information but the timeframe of his purchase may, and I repeat may, indicate that there will be no contract announcement this financial year.
