I've been thinking a bit more about Oakley's involvement here because i do not trust them one bit.
Their absurd CR shares and finders fee for the acquisition are proposed to be issued on the 17th July. I really don't see any dump incoming before then. By then even if it's their intention to dump and exit with a ridiculous payout, drillbit may be talking already by then and might not really slow down the stock.
I just can't see any direction but up whilst both TMG and DTR continue to see huge interest themselves. $100m in the short term is basically written IMO.
