    You want to talk about risks. Financing risks? Dilution risks?
    Have a look at NRZ. Market cap of just over $3mill with a project that needs over $2bill in capex.
    Don't you think they have infinitely more funding and dilution risk? Why aren't you on that thread warning your "newbies"?
    What about the hundreds of ASX listed explorers that face far more dilution risk just to define a JORC resource, let alone fund development of any project that they MIGHT define. Why aren't you and Wave on those threads?
    There are also plenty of small caps that have far more upramping than you'll ever see here. Why aren't you there adding your balance?
    Why are you and Wave dedicating almost 100% of your time downramping this one stock? What's your real motive?

    Compared to the hundreds of junior resource stocks that face far more risks of all kinds than MNB, MNB is far more advanced and now has;
    A very high grade, JORC resource.
    A very strong DFS.
    Clearly demonstrated government support, which included fast tracking of the mining permit, effectively given free use of the site for the green ammonia project, given discounted fixed green electricity pricing for 20 years for the green ammonia, and most recently, the govt investing in the phosphate project at a price that was around double the market valuation at the time.
    Raised the cash for, paid for and had delivered to site the major plant components.
    Raised the cash needed to complete civil construction which is currently under construction and mostly complete. No debt to get to this stage.
    Identified customer demand for the first three years of production in excess of what was assumed in the DFS.
    A commodity price in uptrend.
    Two lenders with credit committee approval and in the very late stages of signing loan agreements - now expected within weeks.

    The company has overcome multiple hurdles including covid delaying environmental studies for the DFS, the Ukraine war further delaying the DFS through MAP that was in the DFS as an input, becoming unavailable. Multiple other frustrating delays of all kinds. The company has persevered through all of these delays and obstacles to get us on the verge of two loan approvals that will more than cover the remaining capex requirements.

    So again, I ask, with so many other stocks with far more funding and dilution risks, why are you here?
    As Chocolate9 put it; "this stock has some down rampers at a different level"
    Why?
