In recent weeks, a series of technical meetings and field trips were held with the joint operationpartners in Cuba to review results from the recent Amistad-1 workover and consider drillingplans for Amistad-2 and (the contingent) Amistad-3 wells. Improvements resulting from thesemeetings were incorporated into the drilling plans then presented to the regulator for theirapproval.

Could explain the delay still waiting for Cupet final drilling approvals to come through - "waiting on Cuban partners - temporarily out of our hands"
