If as you suggest, MGX is doing nothing, then there would have been no need to appoint a new chairman, experienced in acquisitions and setting up processing plants . . . the appointment of such being just shear coincidence with the buyback being halted . . . which Peter Kerr stated in February would be halted if we enter into negotiations.
