You guys can talk about fictional test and clauses that dont exsist all you like but that fact is there is no viable way forward for the company other than the proposed merger.. And please, by all means, clear up what you meant about sink or swim but it seems to me your happy to go down with the ship by voting NO in the hopes that some magical strategy will rear its head
