if sales were sluggish the last thing they'd do is rush to expand into a debt facility. some people on this forum are very young in age and experience, and severely underestimating management, to the point it's almost offensive. I bet if we saw these people in real life we wouldn't give them a second look lol.
Management have decades of experience in operating successful business, they would not expand into a debt facility if things were going slow, they'd stay quiet and look at how to optimize their existing bucket to make the most progress in sales, and let TIME work in their Favour as this business is an ARR business, and TIME is your friend as you accumulate compound revenue and therefore margin over admin OPEX (excl COGS).
Even me as an amateur but fairly successful investor relatively speaking would not do that.
