    Agreed AVL but CNOOC have agreed to buy in at 31.5

    I don't know how long the Chinese govt will take to approve it but should kick the SP along from there - you would expect some encouragement from that surely....

    Actual drilling with positive results added on top should see it fly.

    But the SP at the moment is very flat which is disappointing to say the least.
