I have to say even if they lodge.... MY FIRM BELIEF - is that they will NOT want a Justice making any kind of decision that will impact on their 'unfettered' power they have at the moment. Just look at how long and how many games they have played from Scomo to Albo and now to Albo again.
If they go to court..... maybe they will win...... MAYBE THEY WILL LOSE ... but the Justice has ALL the power at that point...and they (the Govt) are on the same level as Asset.....
NOW let me put a condition on what I just said------ based on a fair and impartial and honest judicial system ------------ which is my firm belief - that we in Australia do have!!!
WIN or LOSE..... only Justice Jackson can tell me - should it get to him.
