agree stone, got a good growth business at 3 x ebitda, any cheaper and you'd have to question why the vendor is selling....

the only shame for me was the s/p used in many of the shares = 43c so a fair bit more dilution than if current price was used.

also expect a very good h/y results tomorrow (see the most recent presentation prior to SPP)
