No proof, but it stands to reason. The whole point of an OTCQB uplist is to gain access to the US investors base, with an eventual uplist to the NYSE.
if the company hasn't got plans to apply for DTC approval, i would take my sizeable profits and bail. There is no value to be found on the ASX, it's a joke of an exchange. I spent my m&a and VC career largely in HK, SH, and SF, but also in tier 2 cities in the mainland such as Qingdao. Even tier 2 cities in china have far more sophisticated capital market infrastructure and participants.
The ASX will never value this the same way as the americans. Unless it's a JORCd iron ore/thermal coal resource, thousands of kms away from infrastructure, Aussies will just disregard this stock. Hence the ongoing collapse. I'm going to try get hold of management to see if they have applied for DTC holding..if so, start topping up at 4-5c.
