With investing, a person takes a financial stake in an asset with claim on future cash flow: you own something. With gambling, there is no transfer of ownership. I own some HCW shares.

You could contend that I'm totally guessing on what will happen, but it is not justified to suggest that I'm gambling by purchasing HCW shares.

Based on previous comments, I believe you own REP units, a REIT that listed within about 6 weeks of HCW and has significant exposure to health care properties. Here's the price trajectory for both:

Whether you own REP or not, both REITs (as well as others) have suffered significant share price declines in recent years. The common factor is interest rates: typically the most significant expense for REITs. We can see that HCW broke away from REP earlier this calendar year when the Healthscope issues became acute. As the price trajectory is clear for REP, why did you buy it? Even if you haven't, why would anyone? Several reasons can be provided, some more plausible than others, but, ultimately, there's always an element of uncertainty with investing.

Most investments have both pros and cons. I can see (and understand) that you're annoyed with one or two posters who seem unwilling to concede any negative characteristics associated with HCW. Correspondingly, you'll appreciate that is also annoying when someone is unwilling to concede any possible positive characteristics associated with an investment. You occasionally post some pieces of information that are worth considering. Unfortunately, they are largely overshadowed by posts that seem more focused on scoring points against other people than on genuine discussion.
