Damo, I wouldn't expect any other response re their defaulting on Loans and knowledge about the loss prior to 20 October as this would be an admission of guilt and this would open directors to severe penalties under the ASX listing regulations and Corporations Act. One of the contributors to this forum asked them the question about profit last week and posted their response of denial and then for whatever reason all comments on the thread were completely removed from HC.

In Brisbane I asked about monthly accounts and they acknowledged that monthly accounts were prepared and presented to management within the first two weeks of the following month which I assume would include the board so it should be on record and could easily be accessed.
