Yes well we saw further midstream developments this week with MTM's FJH technology to hopefully bring a MREC enrichment step. It's not clear to me yet as to how far the FJH technology will go as they spruik the possibility to further separate the valuable REEs from the MREC with the same FJH technology i.e. no solvents. What role will Ucore play if the MREC has not only been enriched by FJH, but then if FJH can further separate most of the Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb, Sm and Gd then there's not much left in either the reactor solid or the waste stream from the volatilised REE process. Will Ucore end up redundant or take a low grade MREC? does that even make any commercial sense? Is Ucore now just a hedge against FJH? Is it worth adding Ucore to the end of the flowsheet (in the future MEI plant in Brazil) or not?
