A little bit interesting - always known that BCI has had a stake in AMN which was essentially the "Mackay Potash Project".
Savich ex CEO of AMN and who bought the "Mackay Potash" tenements off "Reward Minerals" was gung-ho on Potash, that was until the penny dropped as a result of the failures at KLL SO4 and Australian Potash, fortunately for AMN they had some additional assets they have been able to pursue which has kept them alive.
No doubt BCI were originally counting on AMN producing a successful Potash model they could learn from or replicate to some extent but alas, AMN's potash project has been mothballed and is now under review and if anything, AMN will be now looking at BCI for a possible solution.
With the current 10% stake in AMN and with all the money spent so far and the infrastructure AMN has laid down for Potash it does seem like a good idea for BCI to come up with a viable Potash solution that AMN may be able to replicate and by association add value to BCI.
