That's a positive, Qatar wanted to fly their own routes into Oz, but the government blocked them. I guess they're keen to try via VGN.
On another note, the Channel 7 financial segment keeps pumping this stock. What I've noticed is they compare the SP of VGN to QAN instead of MC.
