Well my take is on just one area which is really what i think we should all focus on as it will be imo the first deal to arrive as Surges put forward for some time now... and i may be repeating was others have said so just bare with me ...;-)

So from my interpretation the design and development stage must now be complete or very very close to complete as stated In OCT ann that once the design and development is done then testing will occur... this puts us at a stage imo that we have a product... its designed and developed (or as close to complete as you can get)and its about to be tested.. the best outcome is that first time around it delivers what it should perfectly.. worst case scenario is a redesign to streamline efficiency or some other "fine tuning" of the product or delivery or final just final physical cosmetic design adjustments to the product...
I also note that their phrasing in Oct was that these tests "will" be used to quantify the international opportunity and to determine the resources required... that to me sounds like they already know its going to work.. otherwise it would have stated .. "should" these tests be successful they will then use these to quantify etc etc etc... just to cover themselves.. jmvho
