Also of interest that the Derma Drug partner has been named- Theraputics Inc- a private US company- better google them as I havnt heard of them before.

And we have funding arrangements well advanced and to be finalised mid March 2011. My bet is an Institutional Placement and that its already locked in-otherwise auditors cannot sign off on the 2010 accounts!

......... but the key is the co statement these funds are to be used to progress the Oxy patch to commence Phase 2 and the launch of Cellucreme. All good.
