I’m not in favour of war either nor of aggression. But I’m yet to see someone come up with a good way of Israel surviving as a country and Jews surviving as a people without deciding they’ve had a gutsful and actively doing something about it
peace relies on both parties deciding that’s preferable to war. As I’ve said to you before one thing I learnt was that appeasement and trying to please or ignoring the odd bit of strangulation as a way of control doesn’t bring peace. It’s just makes the problem worse. Then it’s a case of choosing an appropriate response
in the case of the Middle East I can’t think of what else Israel was to do without risking just more of the same.
